Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. Photos are processed and immediately deleted — only the extracted text is stored.

What happens to photos I send?

When you send a photo, Frank reads the text content (like a Medicare number or expiry date) and saves that text to your vault. The original photo is deleted immediately after processing.

Can my family share a vault?

Yes — with the Family plan, up to 5 people can share a vault. Everyone can ask Frank and see the shared documents.

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password via email. Note: if you used end-to-end encryption on any items, those will require your original password to access.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no phone calls, no forms. Your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
